Whitening steps :
1. Insert the cheek retractor making sure the tongue guard is deposited to downwards.
Ask the patients to gently bite down the cheek retractors to keep them at the right place.
2. Use the curing light or the whitening light to cure the rubber dam for about 3 sections. to make sure to solidify it.
3. Mix the whitening liquid and powder to pasty. Apply the teeth whitening formula evenly to the visible front of the teeth.
4. Adjust the 90 angle of the light, press the turn on button to start the first 5-8 minutes cycle.
5. Repeat for a total three 10 minutes treatments cycles.
At the end ask patients rinse mouth and take picture to record their new whiten teeth.

1.Within 24 hours after the treatment , avoid red wines , cola, coffee, tea, sauces and very hot or cold food ; avoid tobacco products , colored toothpaste and mouth wash. Recommend patient to consume non-color food.

3.Clinic report shows that the whitening formula harmless for teeth, but please do not swallow.
